GetHuman-zmakky3: I would have to say that this had to be the worst buying experience I've ever had! They sold me a dress that was a little loose , tailored it to where I couldn't zip it up. Had three associates try to zip it up, the entire time accusing me of gaining weight and being bloated. Gaining weight in two days??? It literally hurt when they finally zipped it up. Than accused me of lying and claiming that they altered the right size dress, when in reality they altered a dress size smaller. Never once did they apologize, instead they were trying to ignore me. Would not give me my money back. Told me they would only exchange. Horrible!!!
