~BCR: I have been waiting * weeks for an online delivery order to be delivered in-store. One of the parcels has mysteriously gone missing and noone can offer any explanation or assistance in retrieving the good or giving an approximate delivery date. This is my *rd call to sort out this issue ... the last call lasted over ** minutes. Very disappointing service. No offer of a call back.
