GetHuman-357566: Original software disc not included with laptop. Two weeks after original purchase did a reformat and need the disc. I have been bumped from philipines to india.. and wherever else. Still on the line on hold ** min later. wtf? Their mistake, why do I have to go through this ****. Anyone actually care about customer service anymore?
