~nana p: Answering the call was done very quickly, but, since I did not have my account number available, they made me give out my social security number only to tell me that I had to call another number to have my question answered. The customer service rep knew what my question was, so I was a little annoyed that I had to give it out in its entirety before giving me the phone number I needed to call. I also had to ask her to repeat her name since she was not clear in stating her name.
