~HandyLC: I was very concern about an online purchase confirmation I received from Delta. It was news to me. A confirmation with a downloadable ticket! I never downloaded-- I used your service and in about **min got it solved. Agent said it is a HACK, erase and don't download. Thank you, your prompt service is greatly appreciated.
