~judy: THE GIRL WAS HORRIBLE, i AM GETTING NO INFO AT ALL ABOUT A NON REV FLIGHT TO LONDON even though I have my confirmation * All you fet is being transferfered from one dept to another. Customer service *****, after working for Delta for ** years and you are treated badly for want to use your retiree benifits. Also you are being charged for a transoceanic flight. I guess you guys get your money one way or another. This is the new American way. Judy
