~cdhoehne: I called for a fee that wasn't covered. As much as it killed me that I had to pay the ***.**, but she showed me where the coverage was listed online. Also, she showed me on the website where the average price is listed for procedures. The dentist I was going to go to (new one - just moved) charged ****.** for a root canal when the average price in the area is ***.** Just off this website, she saved me ****.** worth of out of pocket work. I will say the insurance needs some improvement. **** for an entire year. We pay almost that for our family coverage a year. Time to provide better coverage Delta.**PS - the name of the Rep was Rosa
