~by kimRN: I just hung up with a representative of delta dental, after ** years of dental insurance with this company i'm fighting a claim that they denied* my claim has been denied because my ** year old had his cleaning scheduled and I had to cancel it, I rescheduled it for about * weeks later. My other children kept the appointment as scheduled. I made the three of them their followup appointment for * months. I made the mistake of not scheduling out my ** years old for those * weeks as I always take all three kids the same day to keep it easier for me to remember. I was billed $*** for the visit, the dentist office tried to get the insurance company to pay the claim because they do have a one time forgiveness if by accident your seen before your * months is up. They got no where and asked me to call since I've been the one paying the insurance for years. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do!!!! Well there is something I can do. I will get myself another insurance company
