~Nick: No matter what day you call, they'll tell you that its the busiest day of the week. Had to wait ** minutes to hear a grumpy service rep tell me that she had *** other folks waiting for her. She kept parroting the same scripted answer when asked if their service reps could email an answer or callback - no, this is what it is , its not going to improve and i have *** people waiting for me. Im sure the CEO and the company has an excuse - we just cant find enough talented people to answer phones in USA, so we ask the * desperate people we hired at minimum wage to answer the phone and make the customers **** up *** minute wait. I guess I'm no Romney, So, I cant fire people who provide services for me.**Delta dental cust service *****, plain and simple.
