~alangee: The first time I went through their menus, every time it tried to transfer me to a person the line disconnected. I tried a week later and while their menu system STILL ***** REALLY BADLY I was able to talk to someone very quickly.

~alangee: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
