~COLETTE SHOULD BE FIRED!: COLETTE (spelling) answered my call. She was extremely rude and spoke with such a horrible accent that I could barely understand her. She KEPT INTERRUPTING ME any time I would try to talk. She even complained to me saying, "I took the time out to even look up your information..what more do you want?" I couldn't help but to reply that THAT'S WHAT SHE GET'S PAID TO DO!!!! VERY RUDE. SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN SHE DECIDED SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ANYMORE. THIS IS WHERE TAXPAYERS MONEY GOES??TO PAY FOR IDIOTS LIKE THIS???!!!
