~jbmore: I called for help. I have stage * colon cander*lymph nodes involved. I am tremulous, so smart phone is difficult at best. They say "they are there to help". my writing is progressivly worse over the years. the "unhelpful soul" said "we are sending you an application for Food stamps in the mail" I tell him I can barely write...He said find someone else to fill it out. I only asked him to help with the application over the phone. His reply ...We don't do that" Again I said "I thought you were there to help" The JERK hung up on me!
