~cara: I followed Janets advice, and it took me to an operator even though I had to wait ** minutes but it was Monday so its expected, other days its quicker but do follow janets advice for the prompt casuse it worked. this is what she said"QUICKEST WAY TO GET AN AGENT IS PRESS * THEN WHEN PROMPTED THEM WHEN PROMPTED PRESS * AND THEN * THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THROUGH THEM FAST...IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO GET THROUGH I HAD TO REDIAL MANY TIMES"
