~linda bellanger : I'm quite frustrated at this time, I've been on hold trying to contact someone anyone I called the phone number and got a recording and he told me that I need they needed a visit with me or appointment with me. My God how do you set up an appointment at been calling this number for the past three days without getting any assistance what is the address your company so I can at least come down there and meet with someone I need help I'm unemployed I need Medicaid and food stamps to be able to survive I was able to receive my unemployment benefits are from a company that I work with but ** years I'm trying to find work to get back to a normal life but because I am a diabetic I have to have my medication to be able to do so my Social Security number ********* my cell phone number that I'm borrowing ***-***-**** at that I have to use the service before and I don't know how to use it if you're axing me for an appointment: and how do I do this how do I complete it at I have not received anyth
