~Overwhelmed in NWFL: I waited ** min on hold then finally got through to someone who put me back on hold. When he came back he began asking me a series of questions. He had a very thick accent so I had to ask him to repeat his questions several times. Maybe this made him frustrated but when we got to the question on how much money I paid in rent when I had to "think about it" as he said and I "shouldn't have to think". I explained to him I was making less money lately and I live with my ex so rent for me changes. I said to him he didn't have to be rude about it I'm just trying to get help. Then he said call back when I am ready to finish the interview and hung up. After all that, I got hung up on over one stupid question. A delay in answering should not be a reason to treat somebody that way. How do they screen these people for employement? I was layed off Oct **. Maybe they should fire people like that and employ me. Then I wouldn't need food stamps.
