~madmother1: The number got us through immediately, which was good. However, the representative on the line was no help at all. Was in for a recert. had all paperwork and phone interview completed before time lapse and now the case is pending and has been for two weeks past the thirty day limit. Sorry *** employees is the problem here and NO ONE is supervising their work. How I wish there was some one over these sorry people to contact and report them.
