~prossi: It's not direct to human!! The support hours are terrible, Mon to Fri * to *. I called for help and they "Open a ticket" and I'' be contacted in **H , well nobody called.

~prossi: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~prossi: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dexis's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~prossi: For that I would say one out of five.
