GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dexis customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-116096: Our office switched from Gendex to DEXIS due to their superior image quality. That is the only advantage DEXIS has over other companies. The sensors cost $**,****ea with a $*,*** warranty. I have had two sensors die (completely) and they were less than or right around two years old. I found this to be unacceptable. Our office let the warranty lapse. In September when we still had coverage DEXIS was pleasant and easy to work with, as soon as the coverage lapsed, no one in the company wanted to deal with our office. They do not seem to back their products. I have two more offices that we need to convert digital and when I told the "customer service" agent that I was not so inclined to give them the order of * additional sensors, his response was "that's fine". Really? For $**,*** a unit, this is the treatment we receive????????????? Did anyone else find that their sensors did not last long and that no one was willing to help unless you had a warranty package?

GetHuman: And what about Dexis's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-116096: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-116096: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dexis to know who you are.
