GetHuman-105952: I called the ***-***-**** waited on hold for ** minutes. I inquired about Spotmau PowerSuite Golden **** software, they gave me another number to call "***-***-****" and transferred to the new number. I had a brief hold of * minutes more before someone answered the new number. When I asked about the software being shown as "PowerSuite Golden ****" vs Order Form shows "PowerSuite Golden ****"* which edition will I receive **** or ****? They told me "they only deal with order placement questions"* "if I had specific questions about the PowerSuite Golden Software that I would have to contact the Manufacturer directly with my questions at *****@***.com." It seems to me if I have a questions about Software listed for sale on their Website that they should have been able to answer my questions without directing me to the Software Manufacturer, since my questions were about THEIR WEBSITE not the Spotmau Software Manufacturer's Website!
