~beth: I spoke with Mosha (I guess he is the Manager there) and he was horrible! He said-I have no BRAIN and he acknowledged that he is so RUDE and have no TIME for the CONVERSATION and so forth and so on..to top it all..he HANG up on me...OMG! What kind of service is that? I'm just PISSED and will not deal with you guys! Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE? Man, the WORST one on EARTH!
