~Barbmom4: After numerous phone calls that ended with no response, an email without a return address and three other calls to sales just so I could speak to a person- I was told that a $*** refund I had three years ago turned into a debt to them. They are a HORRIBLE company with ZERO customer service skills. Do not deal with. EVER. I will be sure to tell everyone I can about this experience.

~Barbmom4: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Barbmom4: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barbmom4: For that I would say five out of five.

~Barbmom4: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
