~Bill Wallen: Being totally dissatisfied with the Genie and the Minis, I requested a switch of equipment, for the second time. I was talked out of it the first time. I was told that there would be a charge in excess of $*** to replace poor performing inferior equipment that was initially provided by you as an "upgrade", whatever happened to providing satisfactory service and standing behind your product?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DirecTV. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DirecTV problem?
~Bill Wallen: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bill Wallen: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bill Wallen: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DirecTV customers?
~Bill Wallen: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
