~Anonymous: After holding for ** minutes I was connected to a rep who told me to "bear with her" as she had just gotten to work. It went downhill from there. After reading from the Directv script that thanks me for being a valued customer she finally asked what she could do for me. When I said I was considering canceling my movie channel subscription and that I was pricing Xfinity vs Directv she told me to "go ahead...it will be cheaper for : years and then their service will go up and also ****." Umm...you mean like Directv?

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
