~DISGUSTED: Direct TV, HORRIBLE!! Called to report no service, was switched to Philippines, Miss.,Texas, So. Carolina..no repairman can come for *-* days..no TV at all! Repairman supposed to come Sun, between **pm & *pm..shows up *:**am..rushed around house like bull in China Shop, knocking things over, didn't understand English very well, we have * TV's, said one box broken, none in truck, now down to * TV's..we r on *th DVR box, TV will freeze, guide will freeze..can't talk to or reach HUMAN, to talk to...DISGUSTED W*THESE PEOPLE & their lack of concern for their customers..if that repairman would've been in any more of a rush...his feet wouldn't have touched the ground..total lack of respect for my belongings....PLEASE FIOS, come to my area so I can leave these awful people!!!!!!

~DISGUSTED: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DISGUSTED: For that I would say five out of five.

~DISGUSTED: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
