~joyceperk28: Every time I called, I would get a different state. They didn't know what I was talking about. In my area. No wonder they can't keep repairmen.They don't know how big Texas is. Three men working this large area need some one that knows where to send them in an orderly way and not a helter skelter way.Please get some one that can read a map to scuheduel these guys please. They could get more done, then driving.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~joyceperk28: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~joyceperk28: For that I would say five out of five.

~joyceperk28: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
