~Fed Up with DirecTV: Have had an ongoing issue with DirecTV even after I left. An agent didn't disconnect my service when requested, or send a return box for equipment. Took two more calls to finally get the message across. Meanwhile, they continued to bill me for service. In addition, they added a disconnect fee "because I didn't meet a service commitment" per the terms and conditions. Turns out that according to to the DirecTV agreements online there was no such agreement, as I was a customer for over two years. Took a half an hour with three people to (*)get them to admit that there was a mistake and (*)I didn't owe any fees. Now over a year later I am still getting bills from a collection agency (RPM) and have received ** calls as of today. I just spent another half hour talking with three people again at DirectTV, after being disconnected once, and the notes on their system do not reflect the content of the previous conversation. I asked for an written accounting of why I owe anything at this poin
