~happy customer: I called Mover's Connection to transfer our services to our new place. The lady that answered the phone, Josie, was super nice and very helpful. She explained everything to me and triple-checked my info. She made sure that I had no more questions, and if I thought of any, she gave me a number to call. I really appreciate customer service like that. Because of that, I have no qualms with continuing my services with them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DirecTV. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DirecTV problem?
~happy customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~happy customer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~happy customer: For that I would say two out of five.
