GetHuman-353680: I would have probably recommended DirecTV over Dish if it wasn't for the fact that I just got a call from a collector saying that I owed for the equipment they installed in my home. I moved. DirecTV sent me boxes to package the gear in and send back. Then they claimed I never sent it. What a convenient scam to try to swindle you out of more money. I hear this is a common ploy of theirs. NEVER AGAIN! The service was not great in the first place...now this!
