~DownWithDirec: TERRIBLE! We have had DirecTV for * months and they are charging $*** to come out and do ** min worth of work since we moved so early on in our contract. I talked to a supervisor and they were even absolutely NO help! Just kept telling me that "since I was a new customer they could not do less then $***." She even acted like they were doing me a favor by giving a "discount" from the actual $*** installation fee! WHAT! Who in their right mind can justify $*** for ** min worth of work! This company is a bunch of crooks and would never recommend them to ANYONE! they would probably charge you $*** to refer a friend instead of give. DO NOT GET DIRECTV! EVER!

~DownWithDirec: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DownWithDirec: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DownWithDirec: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DirecTV customers?
~DownWithDirec: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
