~nyfemme71: THis is the worst company I have ever dealt with! First they hooked everything up wrong. Then they put an indoor line on the outside of the building. THen it took a week to get someone to fix it. Then, they had my name attached to my cousin downstairs' phone number, and told me I was lying when I said what my number was. To top it all off, they billed me almost ***. I wouldnt use Direct TV ever again.

~nyfemme71: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nyfemme71: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nyfemme71: For that I would say three out of five.
