~may: I hate! no wait loath this company they owe us *** dollars in over billing! They made me scream at them to get my point across and I started bleeding after the phone the call and we lost our twins! It always goes out during a storm not reliable except when you are on the phone with them and they yell at you we have always had the money for the bill but they jump pt o conclusion is that we are late when we are NOTand if we are like a couple weeks past the due date that we paid theyshut our service off we actually hhave it imagioned that we havemissed all these bills they need to go to a psyo ward! Because we have never missed a bill they just seem like they want us to miss a bill so bad that they punish us! In reality I have never had a company shut off anything unless like more than a month late this is ridiculous in all the missed tv and missed dvr shows they owe us big time and they are asking for an extra ** dollars I have all the documentation for discrimination for my husband bein
