~treyballl: Was given the run around for nearly * hours just to get a Sams Club Discount applied and sign up for service....I am sticking with my current provider at least their billing and discounts are straight forward not requiring me to jump thru a ton of hoops like Direct TV does.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DirecTV. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DirecTV problem?
~treyballl: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~treyballl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~treyballl: For that I would say four out of five.
