~dayblue: was on the phone two time ** min each time about get the dvr that was installed it was not the one i ordered i was told the if i wanted to change it i would told i would have pay $***. wote the ****, they put equipment in you don't order charge you more money then tell you you will have to pay to fix it , this is nothing less than extortion, is there anyone out there with the some problem . i still have not got any help from directv.i might just consider cancel my service. because i am not getting any.
