~laura: I would like to speak to someone from the dcl. I went in **** during Hurricane Dennis. We were not able to go to the disney island which was the whole trip. We received corrrespondence and told we had to use the certificate for another cruise. We did not want to spend the money on another cruise at that point. Now we have another cruise booked and I am told that I cannot use that certificate. I know it's many years later, but we had a death in the family in **** and then we had **** a horrific incident in this country. I want to use that certificate towards my cruise booked now to leave new york. I want to speak to someone, not these emails back and forth. They are useless. I have a reservation number for both trips, the one presently and the one in ****. Please have someone call me.
