~Kanilehua: had to correct and address mistake over a year ago. Responded to a number of "features" by declining but still got them (*). Third time, I cancelled the card they were chargging. All of a sudden they try to send mail to the incorrect address which I received since our mailperson knows neighborhood well. Mail states they cannot send me features (which I declined online) because they can**t get authorization from card. I call disney cancel account AGAIN. Now I have a dvd and a bill stating I owe them money. Talked to a Gabby (idiot) she says she**ll cancel account NOW and I can mail back the dvds so there will be no bill..NOT AT MY EXPENSE I didn**t even order these...Hopefully talking to a "supervisor" fixed it. Suppose to receive a pre-paid lable to return one dvd in my possession and one that**s on it**s way.. DON**T JOIN ONLINE SYSTEM IS SUBSTANDARD AND LIVE HELP IS NO HELP
