~tlee404: Purchased a very large can of Tang and did not use it for a long period. There was no expiration date on the can. When I opened it up some of the Tang had turned into brown hard lumps. I tried put it into water and the brown lumps did not dissolve. I called the Dole operator and he said not to use it. There was no offer to replace the product. They should have at lest offered to replace the product since there was no expiration date. Don't buy a large supply or keep it for a long period as the Tang will spoil.
