~disgusted customer: Left Baltimoer to Dayton on ******. Called Dollar to advise out flight would arrive late. Was told no problem, that someone would wait for our arrival so we could pick up our car.*Got to Dayton, told to wait outside in the cold for a shuttle to take us to the facility to get the car. Waited for ** mins and no shuttle ever showed up. then was told the facility closed and no one to meet us until next morning. Meanwhile, the cab fare to go to our hotel would have been $** one way, and still had to go back the next day for the car. Then told to go to Hertz as they would honor our reservation. Hertz said they would not. Hertz says Dollar pulls that line all of the time, and never has enough cars reserved to meet reservation needs. We had to get a car from another car rental company at triple the costof what we expected to pay for our rental from Dollar, but had no choice.*Each phone call to Dollar was routed to Manila Philipines. Despite their names of Chelsea, Brad, Catherine, and
