GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dollar Shave Club customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~greyes213: There is no customer service. Every option you try states (electronically) that the party you reached is unavailable, and then the call is ended. I did not receive everything I ordered, and am attmepting to find out where the remainder of my order is. The only success I have had is by e-mail contact. Even then, the auto response is we will follow up as soon as possible. This is after spending $*.** for their shave butter, and receiving a trail size tube of .**oz
