~Reb: I will probably never shop at dress barn again. Although sometimes I find clothes I like the system and customer service has discouraged me. I overnighted a dress for an occasion i had * days later. I spoke with a representative on the phone the day I ordered who assured it would be there in * day. * day later it did not arrive, when i called the next person i spoke to had no idea about dressbarn policies or shipping and told me she couldnt do anything for me and that it would probably be there in a few day. I didnt spend **$ on shipping for a **$ dress to have it be multiple days late and then be treated rudely. Next time I will just go to a store or website with higher standards. I would gladly pay more for actual products and service.
