GetHuman-51280: I wish there was another company to transfer to. This is by far the worst service I have ever used. I truly feel like they just "add" charges on whenever they can. I have never in my life heard of anyone adding a deposit on after I have lived at the same residence for over * yrs. Mind you there was a deposit already paid * yrs ago. So how do you suprisingly get another *** one added on? The customer service rep was no help, rude and could not explain the reason for the charge. All she could say was I don't know. The supervisor was absolutely of no help at all. This has been a horrible experience and I can only hope nothing like this happens again. Also be very careful if you ever use there automated system as it is not correct and will give you an incorrect amt. due. This happened to me. I hope you can figure out a way to update your system and impprove the quality of your services and employees.
