~American Girl: I find Duquesne Light a professional organization. They treated me in a kind and courteous manner. My neighbor complained stating they did not give notice before being shut off, which is bull. They are a regulated utility and required to follow certain rules. How about paying your bill instead of letting the good paying customers (like me) paying your way by higher rates ... because of deadbeats. Also, they take cash ..have you heard of Western Union? Instead of complaining, pay your bill!!!!
