GetHuman-218756: I was working with a friend whose power was turned off last winter. The prompt system was terrible -- 'a catch **." DQL had over $** in this man's account but at no point could nor I find a way to talk with a person. There should be a prompt at the beginning of this horrible system that says" to speak to a DQL representative press ( a given number). This fellow will now have to have his service inspected and probably, due to costs, go another winter without service while DQL continues to hold his money. This is a rotten way to treat customers who have no choice but to deal with a public monopoly.
