GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Duracell customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-kcboltz: Because of Duracell batteries leaking a $**.** doll is totally ruined!!
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-kcboltz: I will no longer use Duracell products. In the last * years (may be more) we have many ruined toys due to the leakage. The worst is a $ **.** walking, talking sitting, interactive doll!!! I have thrown away more AA batteries from the large packages then I can use . I was buying the batteries from Costco because of the price but I now buy Energizer batteries at Walmart. May be more expensive but they DO NOT LEAK & RUIN MANY MANY TOYS!! This doll now is a collectors doll selling for over $***.** The highest price I have found is over $***.**!
