~chowder: Never in my life have I talked with such poorly trained customer service reps. Who employs these people? They have such nasty attitudes. I have talked to * in all. I give them all the same poor rating. Also you can contact them by using their Web contact form. That's good. But when they reply to you, you can't respond back to the email. You have to go back and enter info into the email contact form again. Awful system.
