~masterdobby5972: I have been a customer with ezpass for many years and all my vehicles have transponders in them, so we should no issue right. Nope, I go thru tolls and I get violation letters and if you dont respond by so many days then you pay a fine to MassDot in the amount of $**. So I pay for a service and then get fined on top of it. Even tho I am a customer and they should be able to look my plate number up since its on the violation letter and see I am a customer, but this is not the case. Basically the customer is screwed and the state and ezpass win. Where is the justice!
