~Jay Kay Gee: I needed to update my checking account info. When my call was PROMPTLY answered (by clear-speaking, good humored responder) I couldn't recall my PIN number accurately. I had two numbers right, and she gave me hint (that nobody in the world could have used to fake it) enough to recall the correct number and we could proceed. THANKS for REALLY HELPFUL person on the other end of this call ! !
