~jonathan: You never get an option to get to a human being. You can do it accidentally, but they seem to have deliberately taken the voice option out of the menu. The menu is circular. Pressing zero just brings you back to the beginning. None of the menu options are for help with an existing account, other than an option that tells you what your balance is and when the last deduction was made. I managed to finally get to someone in the violations department who transferred me to someone in customer service. I had tried to update my credit card online, and kept getting a message saying it wasn't updated (even though it was), so maybe if they fix their site, it will ease whatever problem they have providing customer service normally.
