~Earthlink sux: *st call: disconnected before "Hello". *nd call: woman in India can't add my credit card to boyfriend's account without his password. I'm offered a callback from supervisor. NO! I finally asked for an American agent who solved the problem with grace and respect. India cannot work beyond the script which is useless. I hate giving E'link my money!
