~fatima: , I was put through for an unexplained error that ocurred during booking, without any effective outcome.*I would like to appraise you of the situation prior to expecting an explaination from yourself. I intended to travel from London to Marrakech on the ** October **** and book a return trip from Marrackech to London on the ** November ****. Whilst processing the booking I specifically ensured that the booking was being paid in GBP. However, on my bank statement it has been registerd in Morroccan Dirhams. I have liaised with the bank and they advised me that the payment has been collected in Morrocan Dirhams by yourselves. My Husband placed a call to the customer services on the next day afetr ** hours Exactely to enquire about the currency of payment and though he didn't get a qualified explaination, the travel dates were verified to locate the booking and please check your voice Records . *The fact that I received a confirmation with the travel arrangments completely reversed (Ma
