~Rob 1: This is the worst company in the world to deal with, the company is full of broken promises and has traumatised my * ( under * ) children for life, after delaying my * hour flight by * hours, due to technical problems with the whether detection unit and more, to which resorted to the flight crew being changed and the plane being refuelled.**I've been constantly told over a * month period that someone will call me back, within ** hours * * days and ** hours to which does not happen.*My issue is STILL ONGOING and I would advise everybody to STAY AWAY from this company and flying with them, I can guaranty that none of my friends or family will ever fly with them again.** I will be going to ATOL and the BBC, with regards to my issue
